Warranty Policy
All Qotom products carry a 12-month warranty from date of purchase. Manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions are repaired at no charge, including parts and labor.
What Is Not Covered
- Product beyond the 12-month warranty period
- Damage from unauthorized disassembly, modification, or third-party repair
- Damage from abnormal power conditions (over/under-voltage, surges), ESD, or EMI
- Physical damage during shipping, installation, or use
- Force majeure events (flood, fire, lightning, earthquake)
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
For products outside the warranty scope, Qotom offers paid repair services. Units deemed non-repairable will be returned with a diagnostic report.
Repair Turnaround
- Warranty repairs: Completed within 7 business days after receiving the unit
- Paid repairs: Diagnostic report within 7 business days; repair completed within 10 business days after customer approval
RMA Process
- Contact support@qotom.com with your order number, product model, and fault description
- Support team will reply with an RMA number and shipping address
- Pack the unit securely (original packaging preferred), include a written fault description
- Qotom initiates diagnosis upon receipt
Shipping Costs
- Under warranty: Each party bears their own outbound shipping cost
- Out of warranty: Customer bears all shipping costs (both directions)
