Warranty Policy

All Qotom products carry a 12-month warranty from date of purchase. Manufacturing defects and component failures under normal operating conditions are repaired at no charge, including parts and labor.

What Is Not Covered

  1. Product beyond the 12-month warranty period
  2. Damage from unauthorized disassembly, modification, or third-party repair
  3. Damage from abnormal power conditions (over/under-voltage, surges), ESD, or EMI
  4. Physical damage during shipping, installation, or use
  5. Force majeure events (flood, fire, lightning, earthquake)

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

For products outside the warranty scope, Qotom offers paid repair services. Units deemed non-repairable will be returned with a diagnostic report.

Repair Turnaround

  • Warranty repairs: Completed within 7 business days after receiving the unit
  • Paid repairs: Diagnostic report within 7 business days; repair completed within 10 business days after customer approval

RMA Process

  1. Contact support@qotom.com with your order number, product model, and fault description
  2. Support team will reply with an RMA number and shipping address
  3. Pack the unit securely (original packaging preferred), include a written fault description
  4. Qotom initiates diagnosis upon receipt

Shipping Costs

  • Under warranty: Each party bears their own outbound shipping cost
  • Out of warranty: Customer bears all shipping costs (both directions)
